If that spot saver stays after recycle pickup, I'm going to come down there and throw it through that owner's house window. Maybe it'll help preserve their brain function in not trying to save a spot past 48 hours.
If there is no snow on the ground you DO NOT have the right to put a barrel out to save your spot. That is ridiculous. This also goes for the people you just pull their car out of a spot, not shoveling it out, and expect it to be "their" spot. If you don't shovel it out it's not yours...
